We built an internal system for a client in the insurance sector that automates the most tedious part of their team's work — manually copying data from PDF reports into Excel files. The system recognizes policy numbers, dates, premiums and commissions, and organizes them into a single, validated "Policy" model.

BEFORE — hours spent retyping numbers between PDFs, Excel and the internal system, with errors slipping in along the way. NOW — the file gets uploaded, the data is generated automatically, and mismatches get flagged instead of sneaking through unnoticed. Every employee has their own account with a precisely defined level of access — giving transparency over the company's processes. The Search covers any kind of information and returns a result in seconds, with no scrolling through spreadsheets.
